Pre-negotiated Master Subcontract Agreements
We have pre-negotiated master subcontract agreements
in place with many blue chip corporations as
a means of reducing paperwork and project lead
time. (As new project opportunities arise, work
orders are issued under the pre-negotiated terms.)

dedicated to fulfilling all of the insurance,
bonding; invoicing and any special project

- Centralized Project Scheduling
Our job scheduling is centralized through
our scheduling coordinator in insure that
all of your scheduling needs and revisions
are addressed as required.
- Safety Manager
We have a full time safety manager on staff
who is responsible for safety training and
education. We perform our own internal safety
audits on projects to help insure a high level
of safety compliance. Our experience rating
modifier (.65) is one of the lowest in the
industry which is a testament to the investment
we continually make in safety.
Insurance, Bonding, & Licenses:
We are fully licensed, bonded and insured. Sealco
is fully insured by AAA rated underwriters.
